At the eastern entrance of the urban area, the goal is to create a cluster of companies dedicated to medical research, health, and digital technology. Located at the heart of the city’s university and medical hub, in close proximity to nationally renowned educational and research centers and the university hospital (CHU), this future campus served by tram will enhance the attractiveness of the region.
The project aims to sustain and stimulate the densification momentum of the sector and contribute to the creation of a new urban environment, reinforcing the identity of a major metropolitan campus in the making.
