Alongside Grand Paris Aménagement, EPT Plaine Commune, and the City of Aubervilliers, we will work on the transformation of this district, shaped by Cité République, an emblematic example of post-war architecture from the Trente Glorieuses era, at the heart of the NPNRU Villette-Quatre Chemins.
The challenge is to support its evolution while preserving its architectural heritage, rethinking public spaces, and strengthening urban connections. Diversifying the housing offer and creating new pedestrian and cycling links will enhance the quality of life and accessibility of the area. The study will adopt a sustainable approach, promoting soil permeability and the redevelopment of landscaped spaces.
