URBASTUDIO is an urban design and architecture office founded in 2023 by Marine Oudard.
URBASTUDIO distinguishes itself through a thoughtful and contextual approach to territorial issues, whether in major cities or smaller municipalities.
The office tackles diverse challenges such as the requalification of city gateways, brownfield transformations, revitalization of town centers, urban renewal operations, and the preservation and restoration of nature in urban settings.
Our approach is characterized by a particular attention to the site and its history. By deeply analyzing the characteristics and potentials of each location, we aim to reveal its qualities to guide its transformation. This process, constantly evolving, constitutes the project itself. Each intervention is seen as a step towards a more resilient, attractive, and biodiverse city.
Rather than reinventing it, we seek to re-activate the city by uncovering hidden potentials of sites and fostering diversity and future uses.
