Urbastudio supports the transformation of already urbanised territories — priority neighbourhoods, industrial brownfields, historic faubourgs, river landscapes and large infrastructure complexes.
The agency grounds its work in the geographical structures that shape these places: soils, water systems, landscape frameworks, mobility networks, built heritage and existing uses.
Its practice is based on a multi-scalar reading — from the territorial landscape down to everyday situations — to clarify continuities, reveal existing resources and build sober, realistic transformation pathways.
Urbastudio combines territorial diagnosis, urban strategies and evolutionary scenarios to guide complex transitions over time.
From masterplans to public space design, each project relies on an operational narrative that supports decision-making and makes transformation legible.
The agency focuses on sites in transition, where land sobriety, climate adaptation, reuse and the reactivation of ordinary landscapes call for new models of urban development.
